PlantPharm BioMed grew the world’s first crop of plants containing an edible Hepatitis B vaccine. The plant-based vaccine completed a successful human clinical trial of a vaccine delivered in an oral solid dose format.
PlantPharm BioMed is currently developing a pelletized COVID-19 animal feed vaccine, at the request of USDA APHIS. This edible vaccine is part of the global One Health Initiative.
PlantPharm BioMed has initiated the Protecting Wild Migratory Birds Initiative and is in development of a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) feed-based vaccine. Read about the initiative →
